Sarah
I recently spent a weekend up in the hills at a wonderful hotel with beautiful gardens and amazing staff who went out of their way to please. The restaurant, where freshly prepared food was offered, was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The rooms were clean and well-arranged with luxurious amenities provided and there were many cozy living rooms that were perfect to spend time with family. The location was convenient and secluded, with charging ports for electric cars and free WIFI that worked perfectly.
That there were many small children around which could be a bit noisy for some guests.

I enjoyed the chance to relax in very confortable and beautiful surroundings. However, the best thing about Villa Mazzaropi is the children's programme.
We felt there was a lack of information about the facilities in the hotel. However, when we asked at the reception desk the staff were always pleasant and helpful. It would have been even more helpful if someone had told us that there was a bus that stopped outside the hotel which could take us into town instead of ordering us taxis. We discovered the bus ourselves on the third day and this saved us some money.

This hotel is a true luxury retreat, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. The spa and wellness centre offered an indulgent full body massage that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding, while the garden area provided a peaceful sanctuary. The restaurant was outstanding, and I even had the option of in-room breakfast for added privacy and convenience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only minor issue was the lack of accessible facilities for those with mobility issues. The stairs made it difficult to maneuver with luggage and made the use of strollers almost impossible.

During our Easter weekend, we had a fantastic experience! the meals provided were of high quality and we loved being able to enjoy them without having to leave the hotel. the location was great, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. the staff were very helpful, and we appreciated their friendly service towards us.
We were not allowed to extend our check-out time by even an hour, despite the hotel not being fully booked. the room we stayed in was a bit on the small side, which was a little inconvenient for us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the hills. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including charging ports for electric cars. The location was convenient and a short drive away from the city center. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Located at a high point, making the weather very pleasant. Full pension with high-quality food. The indoor pool was a delight for those looking to relax and cool off.
The noise level was quite high, especially due to children. The staff did not allow a late check-out, even when there were no incoming guests.
